About Katy
Katy is the owner of Athena Nutrition, based out of Glens Falls, New York. She is a multi-certified Precision Nutrition Level One coach with a Bachelor's in Business Management and a Master's in Healthcare Administration. A dedicated Olympic weightlifter and former CrossFit trainer, she combines her athletic experience with a personal journey of overcoming addiction to empower others in their fitness and nutrition. Katy believes in fostering individualized support and sustainable habits for long-term health, encouraging clients to embrace their unique journeys.
The inspiration for the name Athena Nutrition came from my sweet pitbull, named after the goddess Athena, who symbolizes wisdom, resilience, and transformation.
The logo for Athena Nutrition includes an owl - owls have enthralled humanity for centuries, earning a reputation for wisdom that persists into modern society.

I'm very happy I said yes to working with Katy. She gave me the accountability and structure that I needed to lose 30 pounds. She is really passionate about helping others be their best selves and that really shows in all the work she does. I never thought I would be able to lose the weight I was hanging on to but Katy really changed my mind about that and showed me that it was possible.
