The Athena Basic nutrition coaching package: Not everyone needs or wants 1:1 nutrition coaching and the accountability that comes with it, and that’s perfectly fine! If you’re a bit more experienced in the nutrition world and are looking for a comprehensive plan to guide you on your journey, this service is for you. Take control of your nutrition and fitness with a structured plan that empowers you to succeed independently. This option is perfect for those ready to map out their path to success!
You will complete a detailed intake form that will allow me to build a 6-month diet periodization plan based on your specific goals.
You will receive personalized macronutrients, goal recommendations, specific diet periodization plans, habit-tracking and biofeedback-tracking recommendations, and meal timing recommendations (if needed) based on your particular goals.
You will receive a detailed spreadsheet designed by me to log your data on your own.
You will receive an 8-week fitness program tailored to your lifestyle and needs - whether you are someone who can only devote 30 minutes to a home workout twice a week, or a competitive weightlifter, I have a program for you!
You will be equipped with an onboarding resource guide to assist with FAQs, tips & tricks, and act as your complete crash course guide to tracking. You will also receive a high protein recipe e-book to give you ideas for delicious meals that will leave you satisfied.
