Athena Blueprint

The Athena Blueprint nutrition coaching package is the most popular service here at Athena Nutrition. It is designed for everyone seeking a path to liberation through nutrition. Imagine achieving lasting results that help you reach your wellness goals and learn lifelong nutritional education along the way. Join the many clients who have transformed their lives with this package. 

  • We will have an initial onboarding call/audit to assist in developing a personalized nutrition and fitness plan.

  • You will receive personalized calorie & macronutrient goals in addition to individualized habits to track within the client app - all to fit your lifestyle, goals, and personalized needs.

  • You will receive a pre-built master fitness program within the client app that will fit your lifestyle whether it is a workout at home or in a gym, and your ability levels - designed to gradually build your strength and muscle.

  • You will be assigned a weekly check-in form within the client portal where we will collaboratively analyze your progress, food logs, food choices, meal timing, and habit tracking to establish a detail-oriented plan for the upcoming week. Response from me will be via a Loom video uploaded into the client app within 24 hours.

    • Once per month we will do a video call via Zoom to do a more in-depth check-in on where you are at in your journey.

  • You will get access to our weekly group drop-in calls where the community comes together to share wins and challenges from the week. I then do a deep dive into a topic (examples include gut health, supplements, hormone balancing) to provide you with extra knowledge as you progress through your health journey. 

  • You will have easy access to me via the client portal messaging system in the app.

  • You will be equipped with an onboarding resource guide to assist with FAQs, tips & tricks, and act as your complete crash course guide to tracking. You will also receive a high protein recipe e-book to give you ideas for delicious meals that will leave you satisfied.

Athena Basic

The Athena Basic nutrition coaching package: If you’re a bit more experienced in self-management and are looking for a comprehensive nutrition plan to guide you on your journey, this service is for you. Take control of your nutrition with a structured plan that empowers you to succeed. This is best for people who prefer exclusively online communication versus face-to-face video check-ins.

  • We will have an initial onboarding call/audit to assist in developing a personalized nutrition and fitness plan.

  • You will receive personalized calorie & macronutrient goals in addition to individualized habits to track within the client app - all to fit your lifestyle, goals, and personalized needs.

Athena Accelerator

Some clients may need more support and extra communication to feel confident starting their nutrition and fitness journey, which is why the Athena Accelerator exists. Clients who choose this full package will experience more enhanced support and communication beyond the weekly check-ins in my client app. You will have real-time weekly VIDEO check-in calls via Zoom with me to give you that extra personalized communication. Expect to be able to connect multiple times a week via text as well—if not daily! You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive quicker guidance and feedback, and feel fully supported every step of the way.

  • You will get text access to me for quicker response times.

  • You will be equipped with an onboarding resource guide to assist with FAQs, tips & tricks, and act as your complete crash course guide to tracking. You will also receive a high protein recipe e-book to give you ideas for delicious meals that will leave you satisfied.

Athena Nutrition - One-Time Package

$150 One-Time Fee.

The Athena Basic nutrition coaching package: Not everyone needs or wants 1:1 nutrition coaching and the accountability that comes with it, and that’s perfectly fine! If you’re a bit more experienced in the nutrition world and are looking for a comprehensive plan to guide you on your journey, this service is for you. Take control of your nutrition and fitness with a structured plan that empowers you to succeed independently. This option is perfect for those ready to map out their path to success!

  • You will complete a detailed intake form that will allow me to build a 6-month diet periodization plan based on your specific goals.

  • You will receive personalized macronutrients, goal recommendations, specific diet periodization plans, habit-tracking and biofeedback-tracking recommendations, and meal timing recommendations (if needed) based on your particular goals.

  • You will receive a detailed spreadsheet designed by me to log your data on your own.

  • You will receive an 8-week fitness program tailored to your lifestyle and needs - whether you are someone who can only devote 30 minutes to a home workout twice a week, or a competitive weightlifter, I have a program for you!

  • You will be equipped with an onboarding resource guide to assist with FAQs, tips & tricks, and act as your complete crash course guide to tracking. You will also receive a high protein recipe e-book to give you ideas for delicious meals that will leave you satisfied.
